Return & Exchanged

We strive to do all that we can to provide incredible service so that you love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, have a strong scent, are not in original condition or have had tags removed. Items that are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a tracking number, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage and shipped item. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit.

Cancellation

 We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online. You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If item(s) are shipped after you change your mind we cannot reroute package(s) and we are not responsible for exrta cost for returning package(s).

Return Instructions

Per our store policy, you have 7 days to return your item(s) upon receipt (delivery date). If you have exceeded 7 days you, unfortunately, will not be eligible to return or exchange the item(s). To start a return we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
