Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST. No orders are picked up on weekends. Please place your order by Thursday if you need the order shipped out before the weekend. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather. If you noticed that your address is incorrect please email us within 12 hours to change shipping address. Any changes has to be made before item(s) leave our shop, once item(s) is shipped we are unable to make any changes.

Undelivered or lost Items

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Make sure to provide your correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost mail once it leaves our shop. If mail is undelivered you will need to email us so we can give you the claim page for lost package for the shipping courier that was used for you shipment. Once your order leaves our facility, it is at the liability of courier. If your package says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the courier with tracking number to file a claim. We cannot file claims on the addressee’s behalf.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, SHIPPING FEES AND INVOICES DO NOT INCLUDE ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES, OR FEES THAT YOUR COUNTRY COULD IMPOSE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY.
